We are a Peruvian automated luggage storage company that allows you to reserve a locker for 6 or 12 hours. From Monday to Saturday from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm
Yes, all reservations and payments must be made online in advance ✅. You can do this when planning your trip, a few days or hours before your arrival (depending on availability). It won't take more than 2 minutes!
Please note that payment cannot be made on-site.
If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the service, you can request a refund of your money less the payment platform fee.
If you made a mistake when selecting the locker size, date, time, or duration of the service, please contact us via WhatsApp up to 48 hours in advance so we can help you make the change.
Any changes or cancellations made after 48 hours are not subject to claims or refund requests.
Yes! We have 24/7 security. We also have security cameras inside and outside the premises.
Two codes are used for added security: one to enter the store (a different code is generated for each customer) and one that you must create when storing your luggage, which only you will know.
You can leave luggage, purchases, and any other items that fit in the locker you have reserved, as long as they are not one of the following items:
All types of food, except packaged or canned food.
Animals of any kind or any other type of living being.
All objects that require a license or authorization (weapons and/or ammunition, etc.)
Objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal (stolen objects, drugs or materials that degrade human beings, etc.)
Any type of material or object that is polluting or dangerous (hazardous substances, flammable objects, sharp objects, etc.)

For 6-hour reservations, each additional hour costs US$2.00 (until 10:00 PM, when the venue closes). After closing time, the additional 12-hour fee will apply.

The entry code you are given to the storage facility expires at the end of your reservation.
You must contact us to provide you with a new access code, after paying the penalty .
The penalty is US$2.00 per hour.
Please note that the shopping center where we are located closes at 10:00 PM. Therefore, after that time your luggage must remain stored until the following day, and a penalty of 12 hours of storage will be charged.
